Aladdin Hotel in Las Vegas nv is redesigned in stylish neon - by Kiki

Aladdin Hotel In Las Vegas NV

Aladdin Hotel in Las Vegas nv has not only been remodeled, it boasts new shows, new bars, a new entrance and a new name. It is now known as Planet Hollywood (PH). The Sheraton Resort purchased the Aladdin in 2003 which was going bankrupt. The Moroccan theme is out and Hollywood glamour is in. The renovations are finished as of 2007.

When you're checking in, use the Valet parking. It will save you the hassle of hauling your suitcases through the shopping mall and the casino. Save your feet for visiting all the cool, free Vegas sites on the Strip. When checking out, use your huge flat-screen TV. That way there's no waiting in line and you won't be stressed about catching your taxi to the airport.

This Aladdin Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas picture shows its great location on the Strip. Situated next to the Paris and across the street from the Bellagio, the Aladdin is in the heart of the Strip. When you order a room with a view of the Strip, you'll be able to see the dancing fountains of Bellagio and the Vegas nightlife.

The Aladdin Hotel in Las Vegas Nv is very conveniently located. Situated next to the Paris casino and across the street from the Bellagio, it's in the middle of the Strip. From the Aladdin you can see the dancing fountains of the Bellagio, walk north for shopping at Caesar's Forum, check out the volcano in front of the Mirage and the Sirens of TI (Treasure Island). To the south, you can visit the Tropicana and look in awe at the site of the $7 billion City Center Project.

I recommend checking out the gaming area on the first floor of the Aladdin. It's stunning with neon built into the walls and the chandeliers. They glow and change colors very subtly for that cool Hollywood look and feel. Large black and white stripped columns rise to the ceiling creating the atmosphere of a movie set. Who needs to go to Hollywood when it's here in Vegas? The new circular Heart Bar is centrally located and attracts the young and beautiful people. A big word of warning - look out for very aggressive people selling time-share and for prostitutes soliciting at the bar! It's Vegas.

The mall at the Aladdin Hotel in Las Vegas Nv has a new name too. It's now the Miracle Mile, changed from the Desert Passage. The décor is still half old Aladdin and half new Planet Hollywood. The new black granite floors are sleek but definitely a bit slippery. You'll find over 185 shops and restaurants in the Miracle Mile at reasonable prices.

I've had the Mexican food at La Salsa Cantina several times and it's always fresh. They serve large portions and you can get margaritas by the yard. It is located next to the V-Theatre in the middle of Miracle Mile. Planet Dailies, open 24/7 is a favorite place for burger and fries. Make reservations if you want to dine at P.F Chang's because it's always busy.

The casino looks great from the outside now, but it would be nice if they could spend a little more money on the amenities in the hotel rooms. Don't expect to make coffee in your room because the hotel doesn't provide coffee makers. People complain about the rough towels and loud plumbing. But you can enjoy the large soaking tubs for hours. Next time you come to Vegas come see what's new at the Aladdin Hotel in Las Vegas NV.
